Vegan Mint Smoothie with Cacao Nibs

unnamedIngredients:

  • 1 ½ cups coconut water
  • 1 large pre-cut frozen banana
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • ⅔ cup raw almonds
  • ½ avocado (optional)
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • ⅓ cup mint leaves, firmly packed
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao nibs

Instructions

Put all ingredients except the cacao nibs into your blender and blend on high until smooth, icy, and creamy.

Serve and sprinkle with cacao nibs. Enjoy!
