Mixed Fruit & Almond Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is filled with Vitamin C to keep you running on good energy all day long.

Ingredients:
1 banana, chopped
1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned
1 cup of mango, cut into chunks
1 1/2 cups of mixed berries, including blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries
2 tablespoons flaxseeds
1/2 cup orange juice with pulp
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. This should take about two minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
